At G.S. Precision the role of our Engineering team is to develop processes that are efficient, repeatable, and, most importantly, capable of meeting or exceeding the quality requirements of our Customers. We consistently evaluate and utilize the most cutting-edge technologies in our engineering and manufacturing methods.
Our Engineering team drives our Continuous Improvement initiatives and is focused on employing “Best Practices” at all stages of manufacturing. We design and build our own fixtures for machining, welding and assembly, as well as most of the cutting tools that we use. Our commitment to the use of Statistical Process Control on the shop floor provides an objective method to validate the capabilities of our processes.
We have broad experience in collaborating with our Customers on “design for manufacture” activities and have been extensively involved in the development of numerous high-visibility programs across all of the industries that we serve.
