What began in Vermont as one shop with an uncompromising standard is now a global precision manufacturing platform spanning four countries and eleven centers of excellence. The scale changed, but the standards never did. We have repositioned our 70-year foundation under an entirely new vision, and we are just getting started.
Where We Started
One standard. Held for three generations.
George Schneeberger founded G.S. Precision in 1958 with a single conviction: that precision done right would always find a market. For decades, that conviction built a reputation one tight-tolerance part at a time – the kind of work that earns OEM self-release approvals and the trust of the most demanding programs in aerospace and defense. The company grew from one Vermont plant to several and then across borders.

Opened new facility in Guaymas (Mexico)
Started GSP Coatings at Brattleboro location
